Chicago was the first out. Tokyo was second. That's great news!
I bet the IOC (International Olympic Committee) didn't appreciate the Obamas coming to save the day for Chicago. The Obamas thought if President Obama could speak to everything, then Chicago would get the Olympics in a heartbeat. To his astonishment, not everyone is wooed by his words. Good for the IOC. Good for Brazil.
